IMPORTANT: Catch22 has introduced a new web recruitment system. If you had previously registered on our recruitment site prior to 30 October 2013, you will need to re-register. All application forms from the old system have been captured and you do not need to re-apply. You will not however be able to view any applications you have made on the old system on the new site.
If you are a Catch22 member of staff, you do not need to register – to log in, use your Employee Self Service username and password.
Search and apply for jobs
The timescale of the recruitment process depends on the amount of applications received and the nature of the position you are applying for.
Applying for a role
We ask that all applications for roles at Catch22 are made online and via our recruitment website. To apply, find a position that suits you and click on the 'apply online' button which is located at the base of the job advert. If you are not already a registered user, you will be required to register before being taken to the relevant application form.
The shortlisting process
Once a vacancy has closed all applications will be reviewed by the Recruiting Manager and you will then be contacted by email informing you of the outcome of your application.
If you are not invited to interview you will also receive an email; however, due to the volume of applications we receive we are unable to provide feedback to those not shortlisted for interview.
Interviews are a two-way process for us to explore further your suitability for the role and offer you the opportunity to expand on the skills and experience outlined in your application. We aim to give candidates as much notice as possible of their interview.
If shortlisted for interview, you will receive an email informing you of this.
After the interview
All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their interview and we aim to do this as soon as possible.
