We are thrilled to announce that Catch22 has achieved the Silver IEP Professional Excellence Status under the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP). This esteemed recognition underscores our commitment to advancing professional development and striving for excellence within the employability sector.
What does it mean?
As an organisation delivering a number of employability and skills programmes acknowledged by the IEP, the silver status is awarded based on Catch22’s promoting of a culture of ongoing improvement, demonstrated through engaging with employees to complete professional qualifications, attending IEP Basecamp and specific IEP networking events as well as championing IEP Membership and Learning to our wider networks.
In the past year, over 4,064 people have been supported by Catch22’s employability provisions with 2,479 people supported directly into jobs. Furthermore, 64% of the individuals Catch22 have supported into work have sustained that employment for at least six months – a milestone which increases chances of longevity in sustainable careers.
This recognition goes a long way to acknowledging the dedication of our teams and our ongoing vision of people in the UK having a good place to live, a purpose and to be surrounded by good people on which to build their lives.
