We know how distressing it is to experience a crime. That is why Beacon is available to provide practical and emotional support and advice to help deal with the impact of crime. This includes supporting family members who may also have been affected.
The support provided by Beacon is free and available to everyone. All victims, regardless of their circumstances or whether they have reported the crime or not, will have access to their own dedicated case manager who will provide regular updates and, if required, signpost to suitable additional support services.
No matter what the crime, we’re here to help you. If you don’t feel you need anything now, but things change later, you can contact us whenever you’re ready.

We work alongside Hertfordshire Police. If you need to contact the police to discuss a current crime you can speak to them on 0300 0115 555 (Option 1 or 2).
To report a crime call 101 or if you are in immediate danger call 999.
