Catch22 was awarded Partner of the Year, for the outstanding impact of its youth employability programmes. Catch22’s employability and skills hub works with a network of employers, spanning a range of sectors and geographies.

In the last year, Catch22 youth employability programmes have supported over 2,479 people facing barriers to work into jobs and a further 360 into education and training. The aim is to place people into a good job, not just ‘any job’ and Catch22 are proud that 64% of those placed into work have sustained that outcome for at least 26 weeks.

Catch22 was recognised for its flexible approach to delivery, wrap-around support, access to bursaries and up to 6-months in-work support.

Catch22 and its partner Salesforce were awarded Innovator of the Year for their shared programme, The Digital Leap. The Digital Leap is a pre-employability training initiative, funded by Salesforce and designed and delivered by Catch22.

The programme supports young people furthest from the job market to get into jobs and apprenticeships within the digital and technology sectors. The aim is to help young participants feel confident to use digital skills and technology and equip them for the future world of work. Thanks to the collaboration between Catch22, Salesforce and Movement to Work, participants are also given the opportunity to undertake a two-week work experience opportunity at Salesforce.

Catch22 and Salesforce’s collaboration was recognised for its innovative approaches and the inclusion of AI learning modules into the programme.

“The Salesforce Digital Leap and Movement to Work placement gave me confidence and equipped me to do well in the assessment centres and settle into my new role. The support was priceless; I can’t put a number on it.”
