Community Partner Network

Bringing together partners to deliver greater impact.

At Catch22, we recognise the importance of community. That’s why we put the needs and voice of communities at the front and centre of everything we do. Our delivery models across all our services are based on doing things with people, not to them.

Developing strong, successful, and sustainable partnerships within communities is key to our mission of creating a society where everyone has good people around them, a safe place to live and a purpose in life.

We have a growing network of partners with whom we work closely across our various delivery areas, including justice, employability, education, health, young people and family services. All our partnerships are forged with the aim of improving outcomes for the people we support.

About the Community Partner Network

Who can be part of the network?

We successfully work with a range of partners, from large national organisations to grassroots community charities.

You may want to join the Community Partner Network because your organisation has a particular interest in one or more of the following areas:

  • Being a strategic partner

We welcome engagement from strategic partners including National, Devolved and Local government/ authorities, Police and Crime Commissioners, Research institutions and public, private or VCSE sector organisations with which we have a shared purpose.

  • Becoming a delivery partner

We have a number of partners who work with us to co-deliver our services, often because we have complementary specialisms and enhance each other’s delivery or geographical footprint. We invite our existing delivery partners to join our network and are always looking to hear from new organisations who are interested in co-delivering new services with us.

If you have any questions about Catch22 delivery partnerships, contact delivery.partners@catch-22.org.uk

  • Working with us as a referral partner

If you’re an organisation that already provides a service that could complement and enhance the support we provide to our service users, we’d be keen to hear from you.

Similarly, if you’re an organisation that would like to refer into one of Catch22’s services then please join our Community Partner Network and we will explore referral opportunities and pathways with you.

  • Joining a community of practice

You don’t have to be a delivery partner or referral partner to join the Community Partner Network. If you’re interested in sharing best practice when it comes to designing and delivering public services and being part of discussions with like-minded organisations about improving impact and outcomes for service users, then we’d love to see you join the Network.

What do I get by being part of the Community Partner Network?

When you join the Community Partner Network, you’ll receive:

  • Information about upcoming opportunities to work with Catch22 to bid for funding to deliver services
  • Regular updates on our new programmes and services, with opportunities for cross-referrals
  • Access to webinars on topics such as ‘measuring impact’ and ‘user voice’

Headshot of Naomi Hulston.

At Catch22 we work with over 140,000 people a year across over one hundred services. But we are not able to do this alone. Our success is shared with the network of expert partners who collaborate with us. We pride ourselves on developing long standing, trusting and collaborative partnerships that make a difference to the communities we support. If you share our passion for change then please join our Community Partner Network as the first step to exploring how we can potentially work together in the future.
